Effective June 15, 2020, AXA Equitable AgriFinance, LLC changed its name to Equitable AgriFinance, LLC. This is simply a name change of the same legal entity. The company is still a joint venture between Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company (formerly AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company) and Aegon USA Realty Advisors, LLC. Our program, organization, how we operate, and our commitment to our customers remains the same.

Also effective June 15, 2020, AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company changed its name to Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company. This is simply a name change of the same legal entity and does not require any existing loan documents to be amended. The company rebranded to Equitable earlier this year. Equitable is a leading financial services company and subsidiary of Equitable Holdings (NYSE: EQH), an independent, U.S.-based company.
